Any other website, page, blog, or social media profile claiming to sell artworks or products under the name Lucia Volentieri is not authorized.

All content on www.luciavolentieri.com and its associated social media pages is the exclusive property of Lucia Volentieri. Any reproduction, alteration, or improper use of the images, texts, or materials is strictly prohibited.
Please beware of external profiles or resellers using photos, images, or content produced by Lucia Volentieri without explicit permission.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We aim to respond to every customer request as quickly as possible. Our team is active and strives to handle all inquiries received via email, contact form, or official social channels promptly.
During high-traffic periods or holidays, replies may take slightly longer than usual.
To assist us in locating your order, please always include your order number in your communications.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Lucia Volentieri may occasionally offer discount codes or promotional pricing.
Promotional products will already display the discounted price — no additional discount codes are required.
All discounts and codes are valid for a limited time and may be modified or withdrawn without notice. Expired codes cannot be used, and no discounts can be applied retroactively to completed orders.

ORDERS

Orders placed through the website will be processed on the next business day.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam or Junk folder or verify that your email address is correct.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email notification with the shipment details.

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after purchase due to inventory discrepancies. Should this occur, we will contact you to offer a refund or partial shipment.
For prepaid orders, unavailable items will be fully refunded, including any related shipping costs.

PRODUCTS

Each product (including the signature handmade “Cubes” and other artistic creations) is carefully designed and crafted to ensure the highest quality.
Due to the artisanal nature of the work, slight variations in color, texture, or details may occur between product photos and the actual piece received.
These natural variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each handmade artwork.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you after delivery. However, we cannot offer free exchanges or returns for reasons unrelated to defects or our error.
Minor imperfections inherent in craftsmanship — such as small surface marks or subtle irregularities — are not considered grounds for replacement at our expense.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

1. Scope and Definitions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website www.luciavolentieri.com.
1.2 Definitions:

“Consumer”: any natural person purchasing goods for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
“Professional”: any person or entity purchasing goods in the exercise of their business, trade, or profession.
“Customer”: either a Consumer or Professional.
“Contract”: any agreement between Lucia Volentieri and the Customer regarding the purchase of one or more Products.
“Business Day”: any weekday excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Italy.
“Order”: the Customer’s offer to purchase one or more Products.

2. Right of Withdrawal
2.1 In accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygienic or custom reasons, or that are returned in a condition other than their original state.
2.3 Instructions for exercising withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your request before the 14-day period expires.
Upon withdrawal, all payments made to Lucia Volentieri will be refunded (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of notification. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds may be withheld until we have received the goods back or proof of return has been provided.
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and characteristics.

2.4 Beyond the statutory 14-day period, the Seller may, at its discretion, offer an extended 90-day return period under the same conditions.

CONTRACT FORMATION

3.1 All contracts are concluded in Italian.
3.2 The display of products on the website constitutes an invitation to make an offer and does not represent a binding offer under Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.
3.3 Online purchase process:

The Customer registers on the website and provides the required information.
Products can be added to the “shopping cart” and reviewed before finalizing the order.
By clicking “Complete Order,” the Customer submits a binding purchase proposal.
Lucia Volentieri will send an order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt and acceptance.
3.4 Lucia Volentieri reserves the right to accept or decline any order. In case of non-acceptance, no compensation or claim shall be due.

PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

All prices displayed on the website include VAT.
They do not include customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable outside Italy, which are the responsibility of the Customer.
Lucia Volentieri reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Changes do not affect confirmed orders.
Shipping availability and costs will be displayed during checkout.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

5.1 Orders are shipped via trusted couriers. When the product is available, Lucia Volentieri will dispatch it promptly. For prepaid orders, shipping occurs within the time stated on the site.
5.2 Lucia Volentieri is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by (a) supplier shortages, (b) circumstances beyond control, or (c) unavailability communicated to the Customer.
If delivery cannot be made within 30 days of purchase, the Customer will be refunded in full.
5.3 Lucia Volentieri is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, public restrictions, etc.). If such causes persist for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the contract, with refund limited to the paid amount.
5.4 Delivery is deemed completed when the goods are handed over to the courier. From that moment, the risk passes to the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check that the packaging is intact before signing. If damaged, the Customer must refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Once signed, no claims for damage can be accepted.

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

6.1 Purchases by Consumers are covered by the statutory warranty under the Italian Consumer Code.
6.2 In case of defects, the Customer must contact Lucia Volentieri within 15 days of discovery to request replacement.
6.3 The request should include a detailed description of the defect, order number, and other relevant details. If no reply is received within five business days, please resend the request.
6.4 If replacement is impossible, delayed, or causes significant inconvenience, the Customer may request a price reduction or cancellation of the contract. Minor imperfections not affecting the artistic integrity of the work are not eligible for cancellation.

DATA PROTECTION

Lucia Volentieri retains customer and order data solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, including communication with payment processors, shipping partners, and warranty service providers.
All data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Any future changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the website.
The new version applies to all orders placed after publication.
Orders placed prior to the update remain subject to the previous version.

SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Lucia Volentieri and the Customer agree to replace any invalid clause with one that most closely reflects the original intent and economic purpose.
